Architecture board: Fail boards

Today, I will present my failed boards and discuss what I don't like in them, what I wanted to change in them and why they did not end up as my final ones.

Below possible to see my first board design. My first problem was the background it looked dirty because of the large number of grey shades. Also, I didn't like that it doesn't want to be combined with photos and text. This boards doesn't look professional, fashionable or presentable. First, what I wanted to change in them is the background because of the reasons that I listed before. I probably would do a plane colour because, after a little bit of research, I mentioned that nearly all architecture boards have white or light grey backgrounds. Also, I don't like how my drawing looks on the Concept board I did it digitally but by hand, I want to try to use software to do a Photo Render of the house so It will look like a real professional project.
