Art Portfolio: Project location

 Today, I'm looking for a location for my bridge. I've started looking for different canyons and places in Ukraine. I've also been asking my friends from other cities where they think it would be good to have a new bridge for a more comfortable life.

My first thought was Hora Shpytsi this is a beautiful and photographic place with several tourists and a new fashionable bridge can invite even more of them. These 15-20 rows of spiky rocks have a lot of legends around them. At the back of it are two mountains where is possible to place a bridge however, it doesn't seem like it is needed there. 

The next place that I looking was Bakota I was there a couple times a beautiful small mountain near the lake with a stunning view also nearby was a monastery this is an attractive point on the map for tourists the bridge can go through a river because there is no straight road to monastery however the ground there very swamp and also contain the territory of the reserve so paperwork for bridge building with small chance will aloud to do it.

I chose Buky Canyon one of the top peaceful places in Ukraine with good geographic placement. A large amount of tourists visit this canyon however it contains a small wood bridge that locals build and it is always out of order because of weather damage.

After more research, I found that 

Dnister Canyon Regional Landscape Park and Zastavnivskyi district is a real pearl of the Bukovyna region. From the first photo, I decided that this would be a place where should be placed my bridge. This area contains rocky outcrops, speleokarst formations, swamps, waterfalls, caves, ponds, karst ravines, and many other natural wonders, which are simply not found anywhere else. However, it already contains an old bridge that needs to be restored so the idea change it to a new one that can be a new wonder for this place sounds very interesting.
