Art Portfolio Two: Initial sketch

Today, I am creating and developing sketches based on my previous ideas and AI-generated images. In a previous post, I shared the designs that AI created and what I want to add and change in these designs. Now, I want to incorporate my previous comment in drawing and see how it will look.
I started by drawing a couple of fast sketches that respond to my comment. I mixed different parts from AI images and added some personal, new improvements. I want to experiment with building width, height, and geometrical shape. Furthermore, I wanted a bigger part of the building to be made from glass, so I tried to sketch and experiment with different types of art glass and forms. At the end, I had three designs that had some nice details. However, I do not like how the ground floor looks and the fact that it resembles a hut. Also, I have feeling like something is missing.

Next, I started thinking about what I do not like in my sketches, why and how to improve them. The construction reminds me of a hut and seems messy, maybe, because of fast sketching without proper straight lines, perspective and dimension, so I tried to do a cleaner sketch, but nothing changed.

After a brainstorm, I start to understand that the ground floor design remmember for me of a circus hut, I do not like this fact, so I need to change this part, the geometric form looks weird, and a rounded form will be better. Also, the building needs to be higher, and I should get rid of inside sharp corners of the wall on the ground floor.
So next I decided to look more closely at the details that I want to see on my sketch and make a small plan of predictible materials, dimentions and sectors, also including all requirements from brief, do a floor plan sketch to arange the floors and what will be there to make sure that everything can be fitted in the building.

After I made a small, detailed parts drawing, it became easier to do a design. I did two designs in different styles as an experiment. One of them is brutal, and based on my previous experimentation. I like how up part looks, this glass arrangement looks interesting; however, the first floor looks poorly again.
However, the second sketch was a flight of my imagination. It contains a Renaissance background style expressed by columns and arches. In the future, I want to add small details that will be a reflection of this era more clearly; however, I also want to connect it with brutalism. I like the outcomes that I have now. I also decided to add a terrace because the last floor I want to turn into a waiting zone, which Chinese shops usually have for kids or friends, partners who go shopping together. I want to do 3-4 meters of floor height, so the view from the terrace should be beautiful for customers. This design needs a small detail improvement, but I think so far I've found a way and a starting point for my future project development.
