Art Portfolion Two:Sketch improvements/prototype

Today, I will improve my previous sketch that was made before. Unfortunately, the concept of my previous sketch does not fit into my brief conditions. However, I like the idea of my previous work, and I will try to change it and make it more innovative and suitable. The photo of my old sketch is shown below.

At the start, I wanted to do a Renaissance style Fashion Outlet, but after I read my brief again, I realised that this design does not follow the "innovative design" condition. Also, I think that glass wouldn't look attractive with this design, and if I change it to stone, it will look too old-fashioned. So, I decided to change the concept of this idea.
I like a conus shape and I will keep it also, the idea with a balcony is attractive and I want to leave it. I still want to do it fully from glass and do some manipulation with natural light.
Furthermore, I decided to add more geometry for contrast. We live in the century of technology, robots, and AI, so some angles will help to show it. Also, I added a lot of straight curves and lines. I had inspiration for that from the Vienna DC Tower 1. It was designed by Hoffmann-Janz Architekten, Dominique Perrault Architecture. The image of the building can be seen below(pic1). "In contrast with the slick, straight-sided walls on three sides of the tower, the faceted facade creates a shifting pattern of light and shadow that animates the surface and lends it a rippling quality." (Griffiths, 2014). The folds contrast with the other brutal sides of the building and give it originality. I liked this idea of a light pattern, so I decided to add it. All 1-2 floor designs of ziczac lines, also the roof contains a broken line. Also, these lines contrast with the soft ground floor design that contains arches. The photo of the final sketch is possible to see below(pic2).

Next, I started to do my prototype. For it, I decided to use transparent plastic sheets to create an illusion of glass and see if this material is sutiable for this design. At the start, I did a big cone and on the top glued arches for the ground floor. Furthermore, I cut the top and changed it to another design that contains broken lines. Also, I did a terrace, and the hardest part was to do a 1st and 2nd floor design. I started to do an arch, but they seemed unsuitable, so I just did stripes that will create a nice light pattern. The final 3d prototype can be seen below.

I think doing it with transparent material was a good idea because I did light experimentation for photographs, and I like the light reflection that it creates. However, the top doesn't look like I expected, and it needs to be improved. Otherwise, I love how unique and modern the design looks.
