First sketch: Frank Lloyd research

Today, I want to discuss the house's location. In general, the house is located in the border town of Ukraine called Uzhhorod, in the village of Nevytske. The house will be built on a plot of land on which there is already a duplex cottage which is a separate territory however, there is an opportunity to buy both houses and we will demolish it. Also, it must be quite budget-friendly, and the plot costs up to 120,000 dollars and I'm happy with this price. The building is located near the forest and the river and I like that it is in an undeveloped part of the village and the house has a beautiful back view and I simply have to emphasise this factor. The plot is 400 square meters, which is enough for a house for one person. Therefore, it will be possible to make a summer terrace and an interesting and comfortable parking lot. Also, because this place is located in a mountainous area, it snows in winter, and there are quite a lot of rainy days in autumn, this factor definitely should be taken into account when designing a house.

I will solve the problem of precipitation and parking with the help of design. I want to make the support posts for the house as in the design of the house that Frank Lloyd built for his son.

The photo can be seen below. In my opinion, this solution is very comfortable for life, because you can save space and money on the building of a separate garage, and we will make a place for the car under the house, and such a smooth staircase to the house will be useful for winter because it will be more comfortable to clear snow. I want to make a design of a house made of concrete and big windows, then the concrete is suitable for such support plates and the windows will not be covered by snow and rain, because of this, the rubber layer between the window and the walls will not be injured by strong temperature changes and constant contact with water and the window it will be necessary to change less often.

I made sketches of the lower part of the house. I made a larger distance between the pillars so that a car could comfortably drive there. I also decided to make the bend of the stairs quite long and elegant so that it could still be used as a terrace or balcony. Also, in the photo you can see the approximate dimensions, they are not exact, but I am thinking of making a house of 60-65 square meters.
