Art Portfolio One: Sign Off

Today, I completed my project Sign-off, which means I feel confident about my idea and that the tutor approved it. Also, I received recommendations from the teacher on what to improve in my project, so I will have a better mark.

First, I should do a lot of research because this is a new field for me and to feel confident in what I'm doing I need to know about this topic more.

Second, I should concentrate on making more sketches this will help me to find new ideas on how to improve my bridge.

Third, I should use my blog like a diary, because my posts are quite unconnected so I must write more of my thoughts to create my road to outcome more smoothly.

Fourth, I need to think about how to make my final boards. I design a bridge and must show technical details - explain why this bridge does not fall don't and what contributes to this.

Furthermore, I started looking at different bridges to improve my sketches and have new inspiration. I decided to research the most popular bridge in the world and one of them seemed very interesting. It was The Peace Bridge " It was important that the bridge should not be visually allied to either bank of the river, but to serve both in unison"

This bridge shows unity, and I love the balance between curves and straight lines. That is why my project does not have it because of that it looks a little bit messy. This balance is possibly better seen in the sketch below.
