Art Portfolio Two: Location and Demographic

Today, I want to look closer at the location for my Fashion Outlet design. As a region, I chose Shoreditch, London(the region is possible to see by following the link)is. I chose London because of my design concept. I am creating a building with a waterfall that will be made from rainwater. This city, most people associate with rain, bad weather, and building, will be connected with this place, it will show and interpret a stereotype about London. The region of Shoreditch was chosen because it has a lot of different facilities as shops, clubs, a metro, and restaurants. After a small look at the territory, a suitable place was found (possible to see by following the link). Furthermore, this place near the metro is part of my brief requests( see Fig1, below).

Now there is the old ruined building that nobody uses, and possible to demolish it. (see images below) I made a photo using Google street view, there possible to see that the metro will be opposite the building. The only issue is that the railway will be very close to the building however, I'm creating a Fashion Outlet, and the small sound of the train should not be a large problem. Also, if you go up the street, there are a lot of expensive restaurants, design shops and popular clubs with famous DJ's, so a lot of rich young people will spend time there and Generation Y and Z.

Next, using Google measurements, I found the approximate dimensions of the location, which are 37m by 21m. This is suitable for my design. Also, a delivery entrance can be created under the railway bridge. This weekend I will do a trip to see the location personally, feel the atmosphere of the region, and see the facilities nearby for better demographics understanding.
